SHIPPING OVERVIEW
All orders will be processed and dispatched from Tasmania, Australia within 2-4 business days of order confirmation (excluding Australian public holidays or office closures communicated on this site). A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch of all orders. Shipping updates may be emailed directly from the carrier as required.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Current delays: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our couriers are currently experiencing delays across all international parcels. Delays currently range from 3-10 business days, but these estimates are subject to change in the current circumstances and should be used as a guide only. For upcoming weddings and holiday gifts, we recommend putting in your order in advance.

NB: Delivery times are an estimate only and PATRICIA ANN BRIDAL will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delays. While we use premium services, transit times are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from the delivery company if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

 

CUSTOMS TAXES

Please note that we are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. PATRICIA ANN BRIDAL is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally, and any customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. 

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at patricia@patriciaannbridal.com.au within 7 working days of your expected delivery date so that we may assist you. If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver and failure to do so, may invalidate any claim.

 

EXCHANGE / RETURNS

EARRINGS/HEADBANDS
Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault present, so please keep this in mind when purchasing. For all other items sold from our website, unfortunately, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

REFUND FOR FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

If a fault has been found with your item, please contact patricia@patriciaannbridal.com.au immediately to notify of your wish for a refund. Returns must arrive back to PATRICIA ANN BRIDAL within 14 days of receipt. Items not received within this time frame will not be accepted. A tracking number of your returned jewellery must be emailed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PATRICIA ANN BRIDAL is not responsible for the following:

  • Damage resulting from mishandling.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
  • General wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.
  • Changes in the appearance of finishes over time.

All items are quality checked before they are dispatched. The term ‘faulty’ specifically refers to a manufacturing defect when a product deviates from it’s intended design or purpose. General wear and tear in the course of normal use is not deemed a manufacturing fault.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for their order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, PATRICIA ANN BRIDAL will not refund your order or offer a replacement.
 
Cancellations
PATRICIA ANN BRIDAL reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, in which case all funds paid by the Purchaser will be returned.
